This website is restricted to Unilabs customers requiring remote support regarding an IT related problem with a Unilabs application or piece of hardware.
Please follow these steps:
1- Call your Unilabs Customer Services and give a short description of your problem as well as your direct phone number and the timeframe you’d like to be called back. They will revert to us as described in our internal process and we will call you back.
2- Please do not click on the name of an IT representative in the frame below, unless you are already talking to an IT representative on the phone, and they have instructed you to do so.
If the list of Representatives is blank, please wait for your IT representative to appear in the list.
3- After having clicked on the name of your IT representative you will be asked to either download or execute a plugin. Choose the Execute option. Once done, the plugin will start automatically, allowing your Unilabs IT representative to access your computer remotely and provide you with professional support.
